- Pineapple Habanero: Our take on hot pepper jelly is a favorite at local farmer's markets. Fruity habaneros blended with red bell peppers and pineapple achieve pepper jam zen. So good, it's developed a cult following! If you like seriously spicy pepper jellies, this is your jam. Serve over cream cheese, on wings, or as a dipping sauce. Ingredients: Cane sugar, pineapple, bell pepper, vinegar, habanero pepper, citrus pectin.
- Strawberry Chipotle: Juicy strawberry jam, with a smoky chipotle kick. An all-day jam great for toast, PB&Js, barbecue sauce, and ice cream topping. Ingredients: strawberries, cane sugar, citrus pectin, chipotle peppers.
- Pear Ginger: Ripe fall pears and plenty of fresh ginger combine in this warm seasonal favorite. Beautiful on scones, between cake layers, or shaken into whiskey cocktails. Ingredients: Pears, cane sugar, citrus pectin, fresh ginger, lemon juice, ginger juice.
- Raspberry Smoked Maple: Raspberry jam sweetened with pure maple syrup, tapped and infused with hardwood smoke in Landgrove, VT. A favorite in our kitchen, this jam is equally at home in sweet and savory applications, from cakes to funky cheese plates. Ingredients: raspberries, cane sugar, smoked maple syrup, citrus pectin.
Most are Gluten free, vegan. Made in a facility that processes wheat.
